100% of your donation goes directly to the barber who provides the haircut. CutConnect takes zero platform fees. Only Stripe's standard processing fee (about 2.9% + $0.30) is added to cover payment costs.
Barbers must opt-in to participate and have a verified Stripe account. When you donate, the system automatically matches your donation to eligible barbers whose service price is less than or equal to your donation amount.
In the current version, donations are auto-matched to eligible barbers. Direct donations to specific barbers will be available in a future update.
If your donation isn't claimed within 30 days, it expires and you receive a full refund automatically.
Barbers are required to upload a completion photo as proof of service. You'll receive a notification with the photo when your donation is fulfilled.
